Welcome to Prime Physical Therapy!  Prime Physical Therapy is an independent physical therapy practice with locations in Fort Atkinson, WI and Whitewater, WI.  At Prime Physical Therapy, each and every physical therapy session is conducted by a licensed physical therapist. We take the time to listen and fully understand your condition, concerns, and goals. We use a hands on approach to help you recover quickly AND our focus on education will help you learn how to take control of your health and recovery.

We understand that, for many, health care systems have become complex and difficult to access. Wait times of 4-6 weeks are not uncommon for medical and physical therapy appointments.  For this reason, we do everything in our power to make the process painless and patient-centered. We recognize the importance of timely attention to your injury/condition. Appointment times are typically available within 24-48 hours of contact with our clinic.
